Minnesota Timberwolves

The Minnesota Timberwolves have to make a move in order make the playoffs this season. Their team is crumbling before them, and it’s in some regards their fault after trading for Jimmy Bulter and then trading him away.

Adding Draymond Green would help the Wovles defensively. It might also help them offensively, since the Wolves are without a true distributor on offense. Green would have a much larger role on that team than he does on the Warriors.

Dario Saric, a young power forward, would be an ideal addition for Golden State. He can stretch the floor consistenly, something Green has failed to do this season. Tack on the pick, and it seems like this deal would be something both teams would at least entertain.

The Timberwolves will miss the playoffs if they don’t make a move quickly. They barely edged in last season, and since then, they lost Butler. Green would be a key addition. For Golden State, swapping Green for Saric would also create a good amount of cap space for next season.
