4 Anthony Davis trades the Warriors should consider

Draymond Green is a vital piece of the Warriors’ team, but he’s not going to hinder a potential acquisition of Anthony Davis. That said, neither will Shaun Livingston. If New Orleans wanted, they could also sneak by with Jacob Evans or Jordan Bell as well.
Either way, the important parts of this deal will be a player that helps continue to sell tickets, future assets, and current, moldable players. While this one doesn’t have any young players, the two first-round picks might be enough to squeeze through.
For Golden State, they’re only likely to get in the sweepstakes for Anthony Davis if the Lakers refuse to attach Lonzo Ball or Kyle Kuzma to any potential deal. Or, the Celtics, who potentially fear Kyrie Irving may not return, tag on Irving in any deal.
If those key players aren’t involved, the Pelicans could turn to Golden State. They offer star power, young talent, picks and more. Although the value of those individual picks might be a concern as the Warriors dynasty will likely continue for the distant future.
This is one of the likely packages for Anthony Davis.
The Golden State Warriors certainly don’t the best shot at Davis, but they will have a voice in the discussions barring any crazy package from Los Angeles.
