No. 2

In this absolute blockbuster deal, the Warriors snag the superstar center, but they do so at a hefty price, two of their five star players. However, for Golden State, dealing away two stars might not be the worst thing ever.

Why not? Well, mainly because it’d let them retain Kevin Durant this offseason, clearing enough cap space for a max contract. The other two teams in this deal might not consider this a bad deal either.

The Hornets get shooting to put alongside star Kemba Walker. In the last year of his contract, the Hornets need to prove to Walker that he’s the focal point of their team and that they’re willing to build around him. Thompson and Mirotic would make Charlotte a top threat in the East.

For New Orleans, you stay competitive while also building a lethal future. Bridges and Monk have both shown tremendous growth this season. Tack on two first-round picks and the Pelicans future would look as bright as ever.

Honestly, who wouldn’t take this deal?
