3. Jeremy Lin

Jeremy Lin actually began his NBA career with the Golden State Warriors. Signing as an undrafted free agent in the 2010 season, Lin went largely unnoticed in his first season. However, after his infamous “Linsanity” run in 2011, Lin has grown a large fan base that continuously supports him.

Bringing Jeremy Lin to Golden State would be a good move for everybody. Lin is still talented enough to be a backup player for a contending team and will be thrilled to compete at a high level again. Lin has not been in a functional environment in a long time so the Warriors would be a welcomed change of pace for him.

This season, Lin is averaging 10.8 points and 3.6 assists on 46.9 percent shooting from the field. He isn’t the most consistent player in the world but he never fails to bring excitement. I believe Lin could become a reliable bench player for the Warriors and would thrive with the second unit.
