The Golden State Warriors have one remaining roster spot and up to 18 potential targets to choose from.

Reigning over the Western Conference, the Golden State Warriors are the NBA’s best team. While they haven’t played like it at times, over the last few weeks, they’ve slowly put it together, rattling off an 11-game win streak.

During that win streak, the team was clicking. Consistently putting up over 120 points per game, the Warriors were plowing through their opponents on a nightly basis. They showed little strength.

Without a single move throughout the entire trade deadline, the Warriors, one of the few teams with a roster spot remaining, should be active during the buyout market. They’ve reportedly been interested in both Wesley Matthews and Rodney Hood.

That said, it’s clear the Warriors want a three-point shooting guard to back up Klay Thompson. Thompson is the only starter for Golden State without a consistent backup. It’s likely that’s the type of player they target over the next few weeks.

However, it wouldn’t be shocking to see them snag a playmaking big to come off the bench either. The Warriors will have just about the entire buyout market to choose from. After all, who wouldn’t want an almost guaranteed ring?

With that, let’s dive into the 18 buyout market players that the Dubs will get to potentially choose from.
