Dewayne Dedmon

One thing that the Golden State Warriors need to do before the playoffs begin is adding another big man to the rotation. It is too risky to hope that DeMarcus Cousins will play all season without an injury. If Cousins does get injured, the Warriors would only have Kevon Looney and Jordan Bell as backups.

Both Looney and Bell can be rather inconsistent. This further stresses that the Dubs should look to add another center. It can’t hurt to be safe and when going for a third consecutive championship the Warriors should be doing everything they can to ensure they have a reliable rotation ready for a playoff run.

Dewayne Dedom is one guy that could find himself suiting up for the Warriors if he is bought out. Dedom has played for five different NBA teams in just six seasons. However, he has really been hitting his stride lately.

In the last two seasons, Dedom is averaging a combined 10.1 points and 7.6 rebounds a game. This is exactly the type of bench production that the Warriors could hope for.
