18. Los Angeles Clippers

The Los Angeles Clippers were not expected to be very good this season. But, due to a roster consisting of gritty players that play hard every night, the Clippers have found themselves on the edge of the playoff picture.

Big performances from near All-Star, Tobias Harris, helped bring the Clippers to the position they are currently in. However, it is clear that the team wants to go in a different direction because they traded Harris at the deadline.

While the Clippers might have been able to capture a playoff spot, the front office decided this was not in the teams best interest. They would be better off drafting in the lottery and attempting to rebuild the team.

Still, the Clippers were a very strong team for the first half of the season and deserve a bunch of credit for playing above expectations.
