16. Detroit Pistons

With the help of six-time All-Star, Blake Griffin, the Detroit Pistons have found themselves fighting for a spot in the playoffs.

Griffin is having one of the best seasons in his career and has returned to the elite player he once was in Los Angeles. He is posting a stat line of 26.3 points, 8.2 rebounds and 5.4 assists. Griffin is also shooting 47.9 percent from the field and 36.5 percent from the 3-point line.

Andre Drummond has also been having a fantastic year, scoring 17.4 points and grabbing 15 rebounds a game.

The Pistons biggest weakness is their lack of a solid guard. Reggie Jackson has not been enough to get the job done and the Pistons have suffered because of it. Still, they are in the eighth seed and are still looking primed to make it to the postseason.
