30. New York Knicks

With a 10-46 record, the New York Knicks are the worst team in the entire league. They have lost a franchise record 17 games in a row and are playing pitiful on both ends of the floor.

It is clear that the Knicks have no intentions of winning games this season. It is in their best interest to lose games and secure the best chance at landing the number one draft pick. Picking up a player such as R.J. Barret or Zion Williamson is a sure fire way to get their rebuild going.

The Knicks are currently led in scoring by their newest pickup, Dennis Smith Jr. Smith is averaging 17.4 points and 6 assists a game and has been a pleasant addition to the team.

New York should have optimism for its future. They have two rising stars in Smith and Kevin Knox and enough cap space to sign two max contract players in the Summer. It’s possible that the Knicks can be an elite team within a few years. But, for now, they are at the bottom of the food chain.
