6. Denver Nuggets

The Denver Nuggets have been a top two team in the Western Conference all season. While many people may not be taking them seriously, it is only a matter of time before the Nuggets wake up the whole world.

The Nuggets have a great core of underrated young players. Jamal Murry and Gary Harris have been torching teams all season long while Nikola Jokic is a dark horse MVP candidate. These three are one of the leagues best trios and they will be looking to prove themselves this year in their first playoff run together.

Denver has also gotten huge contributions from Will Barton and Paul Milsap who are both chipping in double-digit scoring figures. The biggest surprise of the season for Denver has been the arrival of Malik Beasley who is showing great offensive potential.

The NBA might not be fearing the Nuggets yet, but if they keep this young core together, Denver could be a powerhouse team in no time.
