27. Chicago Bulls

This season has been a rough one for the Chicago Bulls and their fan base. The team doesn’t have much going for them and they really have no choice but to tank and hope for a home run selection in the 2019 NBA Draft.

The Bulls have been led by Zach Lavine who is averaging a career-high 23.1 points. Lavine is also grabbing 4.5 rebounds and dishing out 4.3 assists per game. Lauri Markkanen has chipped in with 18.4 points and 8.7 rebounds of his own.

Even with the solid production from Lavine and Markkanen, the Bulls have failed to find any success. They rank as the fourth worst team in the league for points, rebounds and assists and have a record of 13-44.
