26. Atlanta Hawks

While the Atlanta Hawks haven’t been very good on the court, they should still feel confident in the direction that their franchise is going.

The Hawks have had two different players named to the 2019 Rising Stars Game. Both rookie Trae Young and sophomore John Collins have made it to the game and have been recognized as some of the leagues brightest prospects.

Young is averaging 16.8 points and is seventh in the league for assists with 7.4 a game. Meanwhile, Collins is in the top 20 for rebounds per game and total offensive rebounds this season.

Atlanta has had their fair stretches of putrid performances on the court, but they have also shown flashes of potential greatness too. This will take some time before they can be considered playoff contenders, but the future is certainly bright for this franchise.
