Hitting their stride

The Warriors need to hit their stride as they enter the postseason as well.

They could potentially be going against LeBron James in the first round and will a confidence level at an all-time high following a ten-game win streak, the Dubs would easily blaze through the first few rounds. Teams hit their stride, and it’s important for Golden State to do so.

If Steve Kerr lays off the gas, the team might not have the built up chemistry it takes to win multiple playoff games in a row. While it might not be a huge issue for Golden State, building their confidence to end the season should be at least mildly important.

Last season, the Warriors dropped six of their last ten games. They also lost five games throughout the postseason. While they did still win the NBA Finals, they had one more loss in both their other two Finals-winning runs combined than they did last year.

The team needs to thrive to end the last ten-plus games. It’s obviously not the end of the world if they do, but it’s both highly expected and hoped for from fans.
