The Golden State Warriors are quickly becoming one of the most storied franchises in NBA history. Here are the 15 greatest playoff moments from the Dubs.
Established in 1946 as the Philadelphia Warriors, the Golden State Warriors franchise has experienced quite a bit of NBA history. The Warriors have had six teams secure a championship trophy and with a dynasty currently in place in Golden State, it’s safe to say this is a storied franchise.
Three different cities have branded the Warrior name. Throughout the history of the franchise, numerous NBA legends made appearances on the roster. From Wilt “the stilt” Chamberlain to Stephen Curry and Kevin Durant, the Warriors have an all-time great lineage of players.
Of course, with these legends come a large list of amazing moments. Particularly, there is a long list of incredible playoff moments. The Dubs have accomplished some very memorable feats, including big-time upsets and breathtaking scoring performances.
Today, we are going to look back at the franchises’ top 15 NBA playoff moments. We will break down individual games as well as entire series wins. While each moment is special in its own way, we will do our best to determine a reasonable order to place them in. Let’s begin with number 15.
