Limit the TOs

The Warriors just cannot shake their affinity for turnovers.

The team piled up 22 turnovers in Game 2 and they cannot gift an offensively potent team like the Clippers more shot attempts. Some of the turnovers were due to the Warriors trying to make plays, but others were just some careless mistakes and those errors can prove costly in the postseason.

The Warriors share the ball better than any other team in the NBA so their high turnover count can usually be forgiven, but their movement-friendly offense can be disrupted in a playoff series. Opposing teams scout the Warriors’ offensive sets and can better anticipate where to shift their defense after a few games.

Anybody who has watched the Warriors for a while knows that this team is capable of breathtaking feats on offense, and also head-scratching mistakes.
