Kevin Durant – Captain Marvel – Purple Power Stone

Kevin Durant is like Captain Marvel.

Captain Marvel, who is Marvel’s version of DC’s more popular Superman, seems theoretically invincible. Brie Larson is the actor behind Captain Marvel. In her recently released movie, after finding her identity, she took over, showcasing her invincibility.

Durant has proven a similar ability to take over and relentlessly have the opponent begging for mercy.

After a few underwhelming games to kick off the postseason, Durant’s averaged 38.3 per game over the last six games for Golden State, including a 50-point performance in a close-out Game 6.

He’s truly turned into the force that other teams just wish to contain. For Captain Marvel, that’s exactly the same story. When she found herself, she was unstoppable. After the Game 2 comeback, Durant, per ESPN, said, “I’m Kevin Durant. Y’all know who I am.”

Durant is also similar to the purple power stone. He controls the overall power of the Warriors and can deliver the crushing blow to any opponent late in the game.
