2. Toronto Raptors

The Toronto Raptors have seen a massive face change since last season. It was tough for the franchise to make the decision to trade DeMar DeRozan. The man was one of the first all-star players to truly embrace playing for the city and he put them back on the map after years of mediocrity.

However, when a team gets a chance at acquiring a future hall of fame talent such as Kawhi Leonard, it is impossible to pass up that opportunity. We have already watched as this decision pays off for Toronto as Kawhi proves he is a top five player in this league.

In Kawhi Leonard fashion, he is quietly averaging 31.0 points, 8.5 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 1.1 steals per game. He has been the best player in every series he has played in so far this postseason and is the key to the Raptors success.

Meanwhile, Toronto still has faith that Kyle Lowry will find his rhythm. Even if he doesn’t, Toronto can still count on their rising star, Pascal Siakam, who is putting up 21.6 points per game on 48.9 percent shooting this postseason.

The Warriors and Kawhi have a well-documented history. It goes without saying that Leonard would be at his best if given a chance to rematch the team that was responsible for his season-ending injury a few years ago.
