The narrative that Stephen Curry comes up short in the NBA Playoffs has lived for too long. Today, we look at five games that debunk this myth.

While the Golden State Warriors might have won Game 6 versus the Houston Rockets, Stephen Curry’s first-half performance was horrid enough to bring up some old narratives regarding his reputation in big Playoff games.

Of course, this talk didn’t last for long as Steph would go on to explode in the second half (more on that later). However, the fact that this narrative is still sitting dormant, waiting for an opportunity to poke it’s ugly head out is a valid reason to create this article.

Before we begin, it would obviously be unfair not to acknowledge the reasoning behind this narrative in the first place. Yes, Curry has underperformed in more than a few playoff games and his personal reputation has not benefited from the presence of Kevin Durant.

Still, Curry is always revving up the engines and turning up when the team needs him most. Today, we will look at five games that prove he is not a choker.
