1. Kevin Durant (Buy)

Last, but far from being the least, we have Kevin Durant. His free agency decision is sure to shake the NBA to its core, but who will he decide to sign with?

As of now, we have every reason to believe he will return to the Golden State Warriors. The Dubs have been to three consecutive NBA Finals with KD and won two of their appearances. Durant was the hero in both titles, winning the Finals MVP award both times.

Sadly, his chance at completing the 3-peat was disrupted by devastating injuries. This leaves unfinished business for Durant and all the reason to run it back for another chance at a title. On top of this, the Warriors will be able to offer Durant more money than any other team. A supermax contract is on the table for KD and he would be silly to reject it, especially with his new Achilles injury.

The Warriors now realize how badly they need Durant. Without him, they weren’t able to beat the Toronto Raptors last season. There is no doubt how different that series would have been with KD in the lineup. Golden State must throw everything they have at signing Durant because they need him as bad as he needs them.
