5. Rajon Rondo (Sell)

Of all players on this list, Rajon Rondo might be the most interesting. His career has taken a sharp turn for the worst. Some of it can be blamed on the way the style of play has changed but most of it is due to his own problems that he creates in the locker room.

His departure from the Dallas Mavericks is almost all we need to know about his attitude. However, it is important to note that Rondo still has some talent. In fact, he is one of the few players capable of playing at a higher level than normal in the playoffs.

With the New Orleans Pelicans, he was a beast in the postseason. Dishing dimes and playing gritty defense, Rondo averaged 13.3 assists and 11.3 points per game in the first round of the 2018 NBA Playoffs.

Sadly, his most recent season with the Lakers has shown that maybe Rondo’s run in the league is coming to an end. He was highly ineffective and difficult to watch at times. He is a basketball genius, but his playing days are numbered.

While he has shown that he can elevate his game in the NBA Playoffs, the Warriors are better off staying far away from Rondo.
