J.J. Redick

The Warriors lost one of the league’s best shooters for a considerable amount of next season, and they technically have the chance to get another. However, the only way they could afford Redick is for either Durant or Thompson not to be re-signed.

Redick, one of the key members of the Philadelphia 76ers, is one of the league’s premier sharpshooters. He averaged a career-high 18.1 points per game last season on a career-high 3.2 threes per game, the first season in his career averaging three threes per game.

Shooting almost 40% from three, Redick would be an incredible addition, but his price, like Kanter, makes it hard to truly envision Redick in a Warriors’ jersey. He’s coming off being paid over $12 million.

The contract for Redick will be at least eight figures. The Warriors may not have that type of money, but if they do, they’ll certainly be taking a look at Redick if he’s still on the market past the first week of free agency.
