Kevin Durant will be courted by every NBA team during this upcoming Summer. Here are the five biggest threats to steal KD from the Golden State Warriors in free agency.

Since joining the Golden State Warriors, Kevin Durant has experienced about as much success as possible. Three trips to the NBA Finals, two championships and two Finals MVP awards. Had he not been injured in their most recent appearance, he could be looking at a perfect three-year stretch.

Sadly, his ruptured Achilles costed any chance of the Dubs pulling off their three-peat. Now, the team is focused on bringing everyone back for another season to make a run at the NBA Finals once again.

With a few players on the border of retirement (Andre Iguodala/Shaun Livingston) and two other stars entering a potential free agency (Durant/Klay Thompson) the Warriors have a pivotal summer in front of them. Retaining their core players is a must and KD should be their top priority.

Even with the Dubs offering KD the biggest contract possible, there is no telling if Durant wants to stay in Golden State anymore. If he leaves, one of these five teams will likely be his new home.
