The free agency season is upon us. Let’s quickly go over everything we know about the Golden State Warriors.

The NBA can be very confusing at times. Free agency has become more hectic than ever and it can be difficult to follow everything. Because of this, we want to help fans of the Golden State Warriors keep track of everything going on.

The Dubs have nine total players that could hit the market this summer. Of these players, six of them will be unrestricted free agents, meaning they have full freedom over where they play next season.

For those who don’t know, the idea of a restricted free agent is quite simple. Any team can make an offer to sign an RFA, but if the original team (Warriors) wants to match that offer they can, thus bringing the RFA back to their team.

Klay Thompson and Kevin Durant are without a doubt the most important free agents to this team. It is crucial they retain both of these superstars. Luckily, the Dubs can offer both of them a max contract, with Durant being eligible to have a supermax deal. This is something no other team can do.

This has already caused Thompson to verbally commit to the Warriors. Thompson plans to sign with the Dubs early in the free agency process and might have his deal done by today. As for the rest of the players, we are still uncertain about their futures.

To keep things simple, we will compile a list of all of the Warriors free agents and include a brief note as to their status. Check back here if you want any updates on any of these players.
