Jeremy Lamb — Updated: Expected to sign with Pacers

Still, with room to grow, Jeremy Lamb will be an afterthought for most teams this free agency. For Charlotte, they may easily re-sign him if they lose the race for their superstar point guard Kemba Walker.

If they give the supermax to Kemba and still have contracts on the books like Nicolas Batum, the Hornets may not have the desire to bring back Lamb. Then, the Warriors should at least toss him the MLE.

Lamb, 27, averaged a career-high 15.3 points per game last season. Shooting 44% from the field while taking over 12 attempts per game and committing just 1.0 turnovers per game highlighted the improvements that Lamb made.

At 6-foot-5, Lamb is primarily a small forward. With Green, Lamb, Thompson, Curry and Looney, the Warriors could boast a lineup that should be able to contend for a championship. The only way Lamb is thought of is if Durant signs elsewhere, which is seeming more and more likely.
