Jeff Green

Over the last few years, Jeff Green has proven that he can play valuable minutes on a team contending for a title. He did so with the Cleveland Cavaliers during the 2018 postseason, and he can do so now for the Golden State Warriors.

This past season, he played on the Washington Wizards, a team that was looking hopeful to start the season yet ended up missing the postseason altogether. However, that doesn’t mean that Green didn’t produce.

Even at 32, Green averaged 12.3 points per game and shot 47.5% from the field. An excellent defender, Green could do it all for the Warriors, helping to replace Kevin Durant’s immense production.

If the Warriors want a cheap Durant replacement, this is their guy. He played for the veteran’s minimum last season, and hopefully, for Golden State’s sake, he could do it again. They need a Jeff Green in their frontcourt.
