Marvin Bagley III + Harrison Barnes

Another two-player option for Golden State may be Bagley III and Barnes. A Warrior veteran, Barnes could come back and fill the exact position he had when he left, a scoring small forward. And, the Warriors can continue their youth movement with Bagley.

It seems every offseason the Warriors pledge to get younger. This season they did an angered many fans. However, they’ll certainly be able to flip Russell for another young asset if they want to.

That said, this is a trade that could work for both sides. Yes, the Kings have De’Aaron Fox who stepped up last season, but they could have the 6-foot-5 Russell at the two scoring at will as well. Their backcourt, in five years, could be the best in the league.

You can then slide Buddy Hield to the three and have a full-loaded 1-3 able to shooting and score both efficiently and effectively. This deal may work out for both sides, but it only would if they feel that Russell and Fox can work together seamlessly.
