All-Time achievements and impact

There may not be a single player in NBA history that has had more of an impact on the league than Stephen Curry. The two-time MVP revolutionized the game with his 3-point shooting and began the space-and-pace era.

Without a doubt, Curry is an all-time great player. There is a possibility that he could one day surpass Magic Johnson as the greatest point guard of all-time. His marksmanship and success are too much to argue against.

Curry’s most notable achievements:

  • 3x NBA Champion
  • 2x MVP
  • 6x All-NBA

Meanwhile, James has thrust his name into GOAT conversations. With enough accolades to match any resume in league history, James is only truly rivaled by that of Michael Jordan. The two icons have dominated the NBA since the moment they stepped foot on the court and should be the undisputed GOATs.

James’ most notable achievements:

  • 3x NBA Champion
  • 3x Finals MVP
  • 4x MVP
  • 15x All-NBA

This article isn’t to take anything away from either player. Curry and James are legends in their own right and we are incredibly lucky to have watched them compete against each other so many times.

Who you believe is the better player is strictly your opinion. Based off of the information I provided, I think James has the advantage. However, Curry isn’t done yet and has time to add to his already impressive list of accolades.

Next. Stephen Curry is set for an historic season. dark

What do you think? Has Curry surpassed James? Let me know in the comments.
