Bringing back an original

Back in 2015, when the Warriors had one of the most unstoppable teams in league history, they did so behind a big four of Curry, Thompson, Green and Harrison Barnes. Now, they may consider bringing back the former Tar Heel.

However, it’s going to take far more than just Barnes to secure one of the league’s premier young guards. Here’s the proposition that we’d like to see.

With a unique familiarity, Barnes is entering his 8th season in the league. Averaging 16.4 points, almost five more than any of his four seasons with Golden State, Barnes should easily slide in and back to his former position.

Tack on Marvin Bagley III who was the No. 2 overall pick in the 2018 NBA Draft, and it seems like too much of a load from the Kings. Rebuilding around De’Aaron Fox and Bagley, the Kings may not even want Russell, but if they do, this is the deal that should be highly considered.
