Green to the Celtics

This could be a huge win for the Golden State Warriors and Boston Celtics.

Clearly, the Celtics view Brown as an All-Star caliber player. They wouldn’t have recently signed him to a four-year, $115 million contract extension. However, the Warriors may also have to shed some other cap to secure him so it could be part of another huge deal.

On the surface level, the Warriors could use the potential. Brown is just a 23-year-old and could be a terrific addition. He is off to a fantastic start, averaging over 17 points per game in the mere three games he’s played in this season.

Green is a hot commodity, and if you take Kemba Walker, Jayson Tatum, Green, and Enes Kanter along with their other contributors, you have a championship-caliber team, especially in the Eastern Conference.

The Celtics are prone to make big-time changes. This could be the deal that sends them back atop the East, and why wouldn’t the Golden State Warriors take a chance on the talented Brown?
