The Golden State Warriors enter Week 4 2-8, but should they really still be ranked the worst team in the Pacific division?

On Monday night, the Golden State Warriors lost to the Utah Jazz. However, prior to that defeat, the team entered the workweek 2-8, the second-worst team in the NBA through the first ten games.

Within their division, they’ve already taken on each team outside of Sacramento, who currently sits at 3-6.

The Kings, like Golden State, have been severely disappointing so far this season, and they could easily be the worst in the division within the next few weeks as De’Aaron Fox is out for the foreseeable future with a sprained ankle.

The top half of the division will slowly distance themselves from the Kings and Dubs. The Suns, Lakers, and Clippers currently round out the top half, but which of those three teams should be deemed the best of the Pacific division?

Oddly enough, the Suns have a claim as the division’s best team, sitting at 6-3. While the Lakers are 7-2, there will be enough to note about Phoenix’s impressive play to at least give them one first-place vote.

That said, let’s dive into the division’s Week 4 power rankings to see how it lines up this week.
