The Golden State Warriors have set their sights on Giannis Antetokounmpo.

Every team in the league is going to make a run for Giannis Antetokounmpo next year. The Golden State Warriors are no exception.

In a recent showdown between the Dubs and Milwaukee Bucks, Stephen Curry was seen to be recruiting Giannis. An autographed jersey with a special note written for Giannis is all we need to know that Curry is all-in on bringing him to the Bay Area.

Giannis has taken the league by storm with his otherworldly athleticism. His dominance has been unprecedented, virtually unstoppable in the open court. Once the Greek Freak sets foot in the paint, you’re already dead.

Only two seasons after winning the NBA’s Most Improved Player Award, Antetokounmpo was crowned league MVP in the 2018-19 season. This generational talent keeps pushing boundaries, leading the MVP race through the first half of this season as well.

It doesn’t take much explaining to see why the Warriors are interested in Giannis. In order to pull this historic signing off, the Dubs need three things to happen. Here is the blueprint for signing Giannis in the summer of 2020.
