Golden State Warriors: 3 ways Sixers could trade for Glenn Robinson III
Two second-round picks
This is the ideal scenario for Golden State.
We’ve seen what they can do with second-round picks. They secured Eric Paschall, who has been a dominant rookie and easily the best second-round pick in the 2019 NBA Draft so far. Going further back, even Draymond Green was a second-round pick.
It doesn’t come as a shock that the quintessential deal for Golden State surrounds them attempting to get multiple second-round picks. They could also view them as expendable and work to move into the first-round this upcoming draft.
Either way, add the contract, the production and the defense of Robinson III, and you have a player that’s worthy of a few second-round picks. He won’t make them the top contender, but he’ll certainly push them to a new level on both sides of the court.
The Warriors don’t need to find a suitor for Robinson, but the Sixers may be the ones making the calls this time around.
