3. Burks or Robinson is traded

If any players on the Golden State Warriors are expendable, it would be Alec Burks and Glenn Robinson III.

Burks is playing in his ninth NBA season and has reached his peak as a bench producer. He is a shifty scorer, averaging a career-high 15.7 points with the Warriors this season.

As for Robinson, he is a bit younger than Burks and has more upside. He is a versatile player with 3-and-D potential. Although time is running out for the 26-year-old to make another leap forward, it is a good sign to see him putting up 12.2 points and 4.8 rebounds per game.

Neither one of these players seems to have a longterm role with the team. According to Shams Charania, both are involved in trade rumors for the Warriors.

Both Burks and Robinson have value to the team but are not irreplaceable. Either one could be used as trade bait to bring in a more helpful asset to the Warriors. If we had to guess, Burks or Robinson will be traded before the deadline.
