Philadelphia 76ers and Glenn Robinson III

The Philadelphia 76ers are interested in Glenn Robinson III. They need the help as Ben Simmons’ three-point shot has yet to develop.

Josh Richardson and Tobias Harris are both solid shooters. However, Al Horford and Joel Embiid, two players that have shown an aptitude at shooting from downtown, have struggled mightily this season.

Bringing in a stellar defender and capable shooter should be at the top of their priority list. Not a top-five team in the Eastern Conference, the Sixers season has been disappointing, one reason they need to search for additional pieces.

While Robinson doesn’t fix all their issues, he could bring a forward that can defender at a high level and shoot.

Robinson is averaging a career-high 12.2 points per game, double his previous career-high. He’s also shooting 39.3% from downtown and hitting 1.3 triples per game. Those are all numbers that should allure Philadelphia.

For two second-round picks, this should be a deal they’re interested by.
