Glenn Robinson III

The return of Glenn Robinson III.

After all, why not? There really shouldn’t be any hard feeling their from Robinson as the trade was obvious, and for him, it’s almost desired as he’ll be in Philadelphia, a team contending for a championship.

Robinson is a more realistic fit. He’s cheap, and he’s, to a lesser version, the sharpshooter they could use too spread the court. Robinson was nearing 40% from deep and just over 12 points per game during his time with Golden State.

While it’s unknown how his game will translate in Philly, the Warriors were able to secure three second-round picks for Robinson and Alec Burks. That’s a haul they had to take for two veteran’s minimum players.

If he would return on that deal after a career-year, the Warriors would have to take him back. Robinson is a very solid player, and he’s finally coming into his own as a player. Obviously he’d also be well-connected in the Bay.
