Eric Paschall

After an extremely hot start to the season, Eric Paschall has cooled off. While he’s still been excellent for a second-round draft pick, he hasn’t sustained that type of success that he showed at the season’s commencement.

For the season, the rookie is averaging 13.2 points per game. He most recently put up a team-high 23 points in the Rising Stars game for Team USA. He led the team and was a highly efficient 10-for-13 from the field.

That’s been the type of play that’s made Paschall one of the league’s best rookies. Now, he’ll have a chance to take that game to a new level, hopefully stepping up as the frontcourt’s main scoring option.

Shooting 48.2% from the field, it’ll be important for Pachall, who is almost guaranteed more attempts from the field, to continue to be as efficient as he has been. It’d also be nice to see him shoot over 30% from deep to end the season, currently at 28.2%.
