Because we’re fans

Why else would we watch the Western Conference’s worst team?

Yes, we’ll get Stephen Curry back at some point this season. Yes, Klay Thompson could also return. Yes, the Warriors could improve their ranking in the conference. However, all those, at least the last one, aren’t overly likely.

The Warriors aren’t going to see their stars return and instantly secure the West’s last playoff spot. While that’s a terrific dream, it’s just not reality this season. However, that doesn’t mean that their diehard fanbase has just seemingly disappeared.

We’re still here, and we’re still watching games because at the crux of our reasoning for watching the West’s worst team is the passion behind what the last five years have meant to this organization and fanbase.
