Juan Toscano-Anderson

The “Stephen Curry of Mexico City,” Juan Toscano-Anderson, is a 6-foot-6, 26-year-old small forward. He played his collegiate ball at Marquette. In his four games with Golden State, he’s averaging 5.5 points per game.

Shooting 55.6% from the field, it’s tough to gauge how well Toscano-Anderson has performed in his short stint. While his numbers are solid, they’re such a small sample size that we need to see more, and the last half of this season should help the Warriors evaluate him a bit better.

Toscana is fighting for a place in his league.

Offensively, Toscano-Anderson will have the opportunity to shine. He should be given responsibility that isn’t oftentimes laid upon players that are within their first few seasons in the league.
