Memphis. 3. player. 41. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. C. James Wiseman

A towering center with great two-way potential, James Wiseman is the only player that makes sense for the Golden State Warriors.

The Dubs are loaded at the guard position with Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson. The franchise has already shown they have no interest in stacking up their backcourt any further by their decision to trade D’Angelo Russell.

Adding Wiseman gives the Dubs a dominant paint presence for the foreseeable future. Wiseman would thrive as the Warriors anchor at the rim. The big man averaged 3.0 blocks during his short time in Memphis.

If he is able to develop a more potent offensive game, Wiseman will elevate the Warriors to another level. Even if he doesn’t become a skilled scorer, Wiseman will receive plenty of easy dunks playing alongside playmakers such as Draymond Green.
