Sign a few of their former players back

The Golden State Warriors will likely be looking at another heavily-restricted budget in the free agency market. That said, they’ll need to look for cheap talent alongside whoever they secure with that first-round pick.

Players like Eric Paschall, Ky Bowman, and Damion Lee may be in the Bay Area on cheap contracts, but the team will certainly need more than just those three along with their stars. That’s where players like Glenn Robinson III and Alec Burks come into play.

The Warriors know their talent.

With both becoming free agents this summer and having been packaged to return three second-round picks, the duo should have some interest in returning as the Warriors basically revived their respective careers.

Signing those two or Omari Spellman who could be on the market as well would be an important addition for this team’s depth.

The Warriors will have another highly active offseason, and it’ll be one to watch for a team that may bounce back and become Western Conference champs next season.
