4. Increased productivity and engagement from Draymond Green

Draymond Green has been coasting through this down year for the Dubs, averaging 5-year lows in assists and rebounds, his bread and butter.

Many joked that Green intentionally got ejected from last week’s game against the Lakers to avoid having to play.

The frustration is tangible and has been for months.

As a passionate competitor who plays with his heart on his sleeve and has never been part of a losing team, it’s been tough for Green to adapt to the new reality.

With Curry in the lineup, Draymond will be able to find that fire of playing competitive basketball.

Draymond’s talent as a distributor and floor general is much more evident when surrounded by stars and shooters.

Having Curry to find for open threes on the wing should inject him with some much-needed motivation to get back in his groove.
