2. Double, triple, and quadruple teams

Even on the star-studded renditions of the Warriors that included Kevin Durant and Klay Thompson, Curry often drew double teams from opposing defenses.

The thought that Curry can stop anywhere on the court and nail a shot instills fear in defenses like few other players in the league.

Now replace Klay Thompson with Jordan Poole and Kevin Durant with Damion Lee, and you can bet that the defenses will continue to throw as many defenders at Curry as possible to dare someone else to shoot.

It will be interesting to see if this hurts Curry’s shooting efficiency through the tail end of the season.
