4. Isaac Okoro – Auburn

The first player that the Golden State Warriors should be watching is Isaac Okoro. A 6’6″ forward at Auburn, Okoro has the potential to be a great fit with the Dubs.

Okoro is succeeding in his freshman year as a slasher. His quick feet and fluid athleticism have helped him average 12.8 points and 4.5 rebounds on 50.9 percent shooting.

He has played his role comfortably, not looking to act outside of his strengths very often. Because of this, Okoro is a big reason Auburn holds a 24-5 record.

Okoro’s largest area of concern is his shooting. He has connected on an ugly 18-of-64 attempts from deep this year but has solid mechanics and could improve with time. His skills as a scorer and ball-handler make up for his inefficiencies from the 3-point line.

The March Madness Tournament could do a lot for Okoro’s draft stock. We will see if he is able to rise to the occasion and help lead Auburn to a deep tourney run.
