The Golden State Warriors are weighing their options for the 2020 NBA Draft. Here are the pros and cons of Anthony Edwards.

The 2019-20 NBA season is pretty much wrapped up for the Golden State Warriors. Holding a 15-50 record, the Warriors will almost certainly finish as one of the three worst teams in the league, securing the top odds to win the 2020 NBA Draft Lottery.

Last season, the NBA adjusted the lottery system to flatten out the odds across each bottom team. Now, three teams will be tied for the highest chance (14 percent) of winning the No. 1 overall pick.

Assuming the Warriors luck out and land a pick within the top three, they will potentially have a chance to select one of the most exciting prospects in the draft: Anthony Edwards.

Edwards was ranked fourth on the ESPN Top 100 heading into his freshman season at Georgia and has only increased his draft value since then. The first-year sensation is making noise and has put himself on the Warriors radar. But, is he the correct choice for the franchise?
