Pros

The first thing that stands out about Anthony Edwards is his physical build. He is a bulky 6’5″ guard weighing 225 pounds. He has great strength for his position and is a phenomenal athlete.

Edwards is going to have serious two-way potential in the NBA. With his combination of muscle and speed, Edwards will make it tough for opponents to work around him. His lank 6’9″ wingspan is going to make him a threat in passing lanes.

Furthermore, he is already showing talent as a slasher. It takes a lot to keep Edwards out of the paint and he is capable of playing above the rim. He is averaging 19.5 points per game and thrives when attacking the basket.

The Golden State Warriors could provide the perfect environment for Edwards to develop. His strengths as a defender would be brought to light while his bully-ball offensive playstyle would compliment that of Stephen Curry‘s crafty attack.
