3. Rodney Hood

The Portland Trail Blazers recently signed Rodney Hood to a two-year $11 million dollar deal but he will have the option to leave in free agency this summer should he decide to take his talents elsewhere.

A chance at a championship might be enough to attract Hood. The 27-year-old forward has been a consistent scoring option for the last few seasons and can contribute to a title-contending team.

Before tearing his Achilles, Hood was averaging 11.0 points on 49.3 percent shooting from the 3-point line. When healthy, Hood is capable of pouring in buckets and can be an efficient shooter.

Coming off a serious injury, Hood has every reason to opt into the final $6 million of his contract. However, the window for a championship is slamming shut for the Blazers and Hood could find himself more interested in taking a pay cut to join the Dubs in the next chapter of their dynasty.
