NBA Mock Draft 2020: Golden State Warriors set eyes on James Wiseman
By Tony Pesta
Long ago are the days when Tim Duncan dominated the league and helped carry the San Antonio Spurs through a dynasty that spanned over three decades. The franchise is going to miss the postseason for the first time in over 20 years and a rebuilding process is underway.
It’s unclear how much longer Gregg Popovich will be coaching the Spurs but it wouldn’t be the first time he mentored a speedy point guard. Cole Anthony is rapid with the ball in his hands and was lighting opponents up with North Carolina.
Anthony averaged 18.5 points and 4.0 assists this year and showcased his talents as a scorer. He is good at controlling his body against bigger defenders and is crafty in his attack. Anthony would be a steal for the Spurs at No. 11.
