The Minnesota Timberwolves swung for the fences by trading Andrew Wiggins to the Golden State Warriors in exchange for D’Angelo Russell. Now, the franchise can form a young big three with the addition of Anthony Edwards.

Edwards is a bulldog with the ball. He is a muscular 6’5″ guard who doesn’t back down from anybody. With proper development, Edwards will be a deadly two-way player at the NBA level.

Playing alongside Russell and Karl-Anthony Towns, Edwards would fill in as a nice third option. Growing with his All-Star teammates, Edwards can become a strong supporting member of the Wolves rebuilding process.
