Mitchell Robinson

7-feet tall with a 7-foot-3 wingspan, Mitchell Robinson is a force in the paint. Taken eight picks after Evans III at No. 36, Robinson has blossomed into one of the best, young rim protectors in the league.

Sadly, he’s also on the New York Knicks, a team that’s been in turmoil the last few seasons. However, Robinson has consistently improved his game, averaging nearly ten points per game this season.

It’s more than just his scoring though.

The recently-turned 22-year-old put up the league’s highest field goal percentage at just under 75%. Shooting almost six per game, Robinson is a monster in the paint offensively. Defensively, his dominance tells a similar story.

After dominating the summer league his second time around, Robinson entered the season primed to have a breakout year. While that didn’t necessarily come to fruition, Robinson did average 2 blocks per game and 7 rebounds.

Those numbers should improve as his career continues as well, and they could continue to spike as he matures in the league.
