Golden State Warriors: 3 trade packages including 2020 NBA Draft pick

3. Evan Fournier

The Golden State Warriors need some additional firepower on their bench. Their best backup guards at the moment are all extremely young with names such as Jordan Poole and Ky Bowman headlining the second unit.

It will be important for the Dubs to round out their lineup if they hope to compete for a title next year. They don’t want to rely too heavily on Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson to carry the backcourt. Evan Fournier could be a solid pickup to add extra depth.

Fournier has been a consistently deadly scorer for the Orlando Magic for the last six seasons. This year, Fournier is posting a career-high 18.8 points on above 40 percent shooting from the 3-point line.

It’s easy to see how Fournier fits with the Dubs. He can be an instant offense plug off of the bench to help them throughout the season.
